Embracing my gray

"I have finally decided to embrace my gray and let it go! My stylist and I decided to start bleaching my hair where my gray grows in for a more natural transition. She recommended this product because my hair starts turning blondish in between toning appointments. Greasy feeling

"I really wanted to love this. The last bottles I got (I bought 2 at a time to save on shipping) had some rubbery chunks in it. It was gross, and I was sent 2 new bottles. Everytime I use this shampoo it leaves a greasy type feeling in my hair. Like I didnt wash my hair, just wet dirty hair and let it dry. It leaves like a hard residue in my hair. If I use it, I have to follow up with a second shampoo to remove the residue. So disappointed overall. Sadly wont buy again."

"I have tried Matrix, Redken, Pravana, Olaplex and none of them kept the ash blonde in my hair. This shampoo did. However it does make my hair feel like i didnt rinse it all the way out...which i did...and i felt like there was residue in my hair. Im buying the conditioner to see if that helps. But on its own, it really does help keep my color longer, It smells clean, no harsh chemical smell. The only reasons that this isnt a 5 star rating is because its rather pricey for Shampoo & Conditioner. Which is sad because if it wasnt, id for sure repurchase. Then the other reason is because of the residue. But im not convinced that its bad, just that i need to use both S & C. So if they have a sale ill probably grab those two again."

THIS IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN PURPLE SHAMPOO!

"I have platinum blonde hair and every time i'd use a purple shampoo i'd get purple hair!! This is so much better, keeps my hair icy with no warmth but leaves absolutely no purple!! In the beginning of my platinum blonde hair era I would be walking around with purple hair because of the purple shampoos that i would use. I have not seen one streak of purple using this product and I dont even have to leave it on long at all! About one minute sometimes I even wash it out right away and its so icy but not purple. I love this!!"

"I think this product has a good smell to it, and maybe it works if your hair is more yellow. However, for the color that my hair is (very light blonde), I do not notice any difference in color after wash with this. If returns were available, I would return."
