    "My first time trying something like this. I used the zoom consultation to determine the best product for my hair and this is what was recommended. Since my hair has never been processed in any way, no perms, no dyes, no other coloring, the consultant was not sure how it would take to the color. My hair is naturally gray/white, very smooth and soft. She was cautiously optimistic. I am including some before, during, and after photos. As you can see, I used Ziploc bags to contain my hair and be sure the color conditioner really concentrated in the area I wanted to color. By bagging the ends, I was able to still move around and not worry about transferring any color to my clothes. Well, it took fabulously. It was recommended that I use it on the ends of my hair when it was dry and to leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse. So, I applied it as directed to approximately the bottom 6" of my white/gray hair. I left it on for a little longer than 20 minutes and when I rinsed it out - BAM! The color was absolutely fabulous. I sent photos to the consultant, and she said it really made her day! I am going to purchase the colorwash shampoo as well and begin experimenting in a few weeks with doing just a little more color on some longer sections. So glad I finally found something that does not contain harsh chemicals, is plant based, and cruelty-free. Was a little dismayed by the extended time it took to ship/receive my product. It was shipped USPS and each time I checked the tracking number the USPS site advised they were still waiting to receive the product. It eventually made it way to me, but the anticipation was mounting."
