FAQ

Unlike a purple shampoo that just masks the warmth, Graphite truly corrects it by reducing unwanted yellow brassiness in your hair. To eliminate even more warmth, repeat the shampoo.

Graphite will not work on darker hair unless you have bleached highlights.

For the most color vibrancy, hair must be bleached to platinum/pale blonde. The lighter your color, the brighter your results.

It depends on the color you used, how often you’ve used it, how long you’ve used it, and the condition and porosity of your hair. Pastels wash out more quickly (around 5–7 shampoos).
